Who has access but needs a HUBNET or UBIT Account?

A username and password account is necessary when logging on remotely (e.g. from home); it is not needed from many institutional sites where IP authentication is used.

If you are prompted for a username and password to log onto HUBNET and you are affiliated with the University at Buffalo, use your UBIT (email name and password) to log on - it looks like this:

johnsmith@buffalo.edu
UBIT username = johnsmith and your email account password.
